Our principal option: PowerBlock

Matsfit prioritizes Elite EXP Stage 1 for readers who value an expandable system and accept its enclosed handle and selector-pin routine. This is an editorial fit judgment, not a prediction that everyone will need the maximum expansion.

Our alternative: Core Home Fitness

Consider Core when its range meets your requirements and you prefer a more traditional open-handle shape. Handle-twist selection is a different adjustment routine; ease of use for you remains a preference, not a measured Matsfit result.

The specifications behind the choice

PowerBlock starts at 5–50 lb per hand, with separate Elite EXP expansions to 70 and 90 lb. Core offers 5–50 lb per hand in 5 lb settings. Details and dated manufacturer/manual sources are in the two product guides.

Check the complete purchase

Confirm the exact series, pair versus single unit, included cradles, optional stand and any separate expansion kits. Compare the full setup you need rather than a headline price or an old discount.
